Thank you for your interest in our homes at Willow Glen Rentals. The rental application process is done online through Rentspree. All information must be filled out by each adult planning to live in the home. To access the application a link will be text or emailed to each adult planning to apply.
Rental Application
- Name, email, phone number, and move-in date
- Residence history, including current and previous address information
- Employment history, including current and previous employers along with supervisor information
- Extra income sources if outside of their normal employment
- References, including closest living relative. Include 3 personal references that are not family
- Car and pet information
Tenant Screening – you will approve the following:
- Credit Report -this is a soft credit report that does not go against your credit score
- Criminal Background Check
- Eviction History
When you decide you are ready to apply let us know and we will send you the link to start filling out the forms.
The cost is $30 per applicant and is paid once you complete all the steps requested.
